The ergonomically curved grips will give you a natural feel and make your sets all the more effective. 2 grip variants

The adapter is equipped with non-slip grips with a fine knurled pattern. In addition, the extreme grips are larger at the end of the adapter to prevent the hand from slipping during exercise. The wide grip will give you a "V" shaped back with proper technique. The narrow grip can be used for overhand or underhand exercises. To exercise the lower trapezius and large rounded muscles, try the narrow grip with an overhand grip. To target the biceps as well, practice the narrow grip with an underhand grip.
