Yoke, stand, pull-up bar and sled in one package

StrongGear Yoke is inspired by animal harness, which transmits their power into plow. But this Yoke transmits power of the biggest animal in the neighbourhood into his muscles. It is primary used for Yoke carry, but you can also use it as prowler sled, pull-up bar, bench press or squat stand. If you are looking for real-hard bench press training, you can try use it as “fat bar” for lifting.

Classic, but unbeatable construction

Black powder coat colour and 75x75 mm uprights, that is many times tested and proved combination. Thanks to that you can load up to 350 kg weight on four 33 cm long sleeves. Crossbar, with 60 mm diameter and 77 cm grip length, can be adjusted by 5 cm up to 233 cm from the ground. Package contains one pair of j-hooks which allow you use Yoke as, for example, squat stand.

Fat crossbar

Uprights are connected by 109 cm long crossbar. Thanks to 60 mm diameter it is comfortable to lay on your back, and also works well as “fat bar” or fat pull-up bar.
