A Bar Built for Success
The StrongGear stainless steel deadlift bar has a unique diamond knurling that is 50 % more densely engraved than the regular bar knurling. How is that beneficial to you? A 50 % greater number of support points in the knurled parts of the bar will provide you with an unbreakable grip. Although the knurling is rather sharp and very deep, its sharpness is evenly distributed in your hand. As a result, our deadlifting bar can offer you both a high grip strength and a much greater comfort.
Unique Dimensions
The grip part diameter of our bar is 27 mm, which is 1-2 mm less than that of conventional bars. This difference significantly increases the flexibility of the bar, which in turn helps you with lifting heavy weights. Another notable feature is the length - our bar is 230 cm long, making it 10 cm longer than the standard Olympic bar. As a result, the plates will exert a greater leverage on the grip part. And more leverage = even more flexibility!

Corrosion Resistant
The best bar finish is no finish - at least in terms of grip quality! Each surface treatment is a thin layer of material covering the knurling, thus reducing its effectiveness. Unfortunately, steel corrodes quickly without surface treatment. However, that is not true for the stainless steel. That's why our stainless steel bar provides you with both the best grip and first-class corrosion resistance.

Although the grip diameter is shorter compared to standard bars, it actually provides you with a much stronger and firmer grip.
Markings for an Even Grip
You will immediately know where to grip the bar, as the bar is precisely marked with two rings in accordance to the IPF standards (81 cm apart). This will ensure an optimal grip width.
