Rubber granulate

The board is made of a mixture of rubber granulate and polyurethane binder. The upper part is coated with artificial grass. If the fibres of the artificial grass are stripped, you can simply straighten them again. The floor height is optimally 10 mm with a bulk density of 850 kg/m3. This ensures that the floor is durable and meets all the requirements you expect from it.

Easy handling

The puzzle with rubber floor and artificial grass measuring 500 x 500 mm is very easy to move from place to place. You no longer have to worry about large pieces of flooring. Our puzzles can be conveniently adapted to the training area without cutting and similar adjustments. The puzzles are perfectly compatible with the other 500x500 mm boards in our range. Together they form a continuous layer without gaps to create a premium exercise area. They fit together perfectly and the floor has no chance to move in any way.

It doesn't need to be glued

Puzzles have a big advantage over other types of flooring. They do not need to be glued. This means thousands or even tens of thousands of crowns saved on glue and on the installers who glue the floor. If you want to move the flooring, you simply unfold it, move it and reassemble it. If part of the floor gets damaged, you simply replace the damaged part.
