Tri-Grip plates designed for every modern gym

StrongGear Olympic Tri-Grip plates are the successors of our popular Tri-Grip plates. We have upgraded the cast iron core and the rubber surface, which protects the plate. Also the design is pushed to the new level, modern level we can say. Plates still have three grip holes for easy carrying and loading. Sure you can use them in garage gym, they will do great, but be careful, they are not suited for throwing to the ground from bigger heights, for these purposes StrongGear bumper plates are much more suitable.
