Start lifting like professional athletes

The jerk box is a valuable piece of equipment for any weightlifting or Crossfit gym. They allow either training overhead lifts such as the jerk or any pressing movements or lifts such as snatch pulls, or clean or snatch from different heights to train different parts of these complex movements. If you put all Stronggear Jerk Boxes together you will get a 93 cm height. Our Jerk boxes are made of solid plywood on the CNC machines and they are reinforced against hard impact. You can load them up to 300 kg. The whole set consists of six boxes (3 + 3) which perfectly fit together. You can change the height of the box according to the type of exercise.

Reinforced plywood inside the boxes

Every box is reinforced by plywood which increases strength and load capacity. You do not have to use the boxes just for strength training but also for plyometry.

Side grips

If you want to quickly and easily move the boxes just use the side grips and you are done in a second.

Extreme load capacity of all parts

All parts are made of and reinforced with a strong plywood. Thanks to this fact we can load the boxes up to 300 kg. The boxes dampen the impact of the barbell on the pad. There is no chance of damaging the floor.

Stops that prevent the barbell from falling

The top two pieces of boxes include stops that prevent the barbell against falling.

Easily combinable boxes

It does not matter how you put the boxes together. You do not even have to use all parts. However, keep in mind that the top box has to be the one with side stops.

Smooth edges

Thanks to the smooth edges, boxes fit easily together. There is no chance to move or knock the boxes down.
