Right floor is a very important part of every gym, sport centres and so on. It might not seem like but floor plays significant role. Investing smartly into right one and save a lot of money. Our floor is one of the most durable on the fitness market. We do not save on used materials. We improve quality by additives. This ensures that the floor is durable and meet all requirements that you expect.

EPDM Color Additive

For better durability and perfect visual aspects, we added EPDM to the rubber floor. We made a lot of color options: black with red, blue, green, gray, yellow, white or more colors in one pattern. In stock we have floors with white, green and red admixtures. For bigger orders you can choose any other color.

Crushed rubber granulates

The puzzles consist of a crushed rubber granule of highest quality. It comes from tire. The tires are thoroughly cleaned and all the other material is removed. For example: nails, etc. which often remain in rubber floors. Those nails can injure the sportsman. We mix rubber granulate with EPDM. At the end we compressed the whole material and combine it with polyurethane adhesive.

Perfect fluent layer

Ordinary rubber plates create disfluent layer with small space. You must stick plates to the floor. This activity is very difficult and expensive. Covering by nonstick puzzle is very simple and fast. Puzzles create fluent layer without gaps.

Extremely tough puzzles

The quality of the rubber floor does not change even under extreme conditions. It resists against air humidity, heat, cold temperature and deformation. Puzzles dampens impacts, vibrations, serves like a heat insulant and make your gym nicer. Puzzle also saves you time, nerves and money.

It does not have to stick

Puzzles has a great advantage in comparison with other floor types. It does not have to stick. It means thousand or even ten thousand of crowns saved for glue and assemblers who stick the floor. It never happens with puzzle floor. Folding or changing each puzzle is easy and really quick.

Simple manipulation

If you are putting together ordinary rubber board you need practice. One rubber board can weight more than 5 kg and has 1 x 1 m or 2 x 1m. You can expect that making a new floor will be very exhausting. Our puzzles are great and practical for all commercial and home gyms.
