Expand the exercise options with the Dip bar
The steel Dip bar station is a simply attachable construction to all our racks and rigs with a 17 mm mounting hole, except for the Pro Squat Stand. High loading capacity is ensured by thick-walled steel, which adds to the robustness of the entire structure. You can do triceps dips with body or external weight, at the same time you can increase the effectiveness of the workout. This exercise is extremely important for every athlete, because it helps with building a strong and massive arms, which are a prerequisite for gymnastic exercises.
Extra long grip part
The length of the gradually extending grip part is 53 cm. It is ideal for lifters of all sizes.
Universal grip distance
Try to aim your training at individual heads of triceps or chest muscles. Regularly change the width of the grip and see how your arms will grow and shape.
Fine powder paint
A special powder paint with a fine structure is applied to the surface of the dip bar, so your grip is be strong. Paint prevents against corrosion and damage too.
Optimal grip diameter
The Dip bar station with a 48 mm grip diameter holds great, regardless of the size of your hands.
Side bracing
We wanted a high loading capacity of up to 200kg. That is the reason, why we used steel square tubes with side bracing.
